•Chemical Blending

A variety of powdered chemicals or elastomers can be combined and blended to provide improved reactivity of the material during processing. This blending will simplify the handling of multiple ingredients in a formulation.

•Rubber Grinding

The rubber grinding process reduces baled rubber to crumb-size particles. The crumb rubber can then be reduced to a “powder” consistency by cryogenic or air mill grinding. All grinding systems have blending capabilities for the addition of a partitioning or coating agent.
